Photography Policy
La Paloma Gardens provides an ideal setting for wedding photographs or any other professional photography session. Photography sessions include one and one-half hours use of the garden.
RENTAL FEES AND POLICY
The cost of photography session at La Paloma Gardens is as follows: $500.00 with a deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking the photo session and remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the session. If the group is present after the end of the rented time, an additional charge of $100.00 per hour will be assessed the group. The following rules must be observed during the photography session: La Paloma Gardens photographic sessions are one and one-half hours. The group must stay in the designated areas of La Paloma Gardens. All food and drink is prohibited in the garden. A La Paloma Garden representative will remain with the group at all times. Unruly guest will be asked to leave the garden if necessary. Young children must be closely supervised at all times.
GENERAL LIABILITY
Any rental of La Paloma Gardens facilities must not impose hardship on the gardens, its collections, facilities, staff, or neighbors. Anyone seeking to use La Paloma Gardens for an event must assume full responsibility for the conduct of all persons attending the event. Henceforth, the term rentee will be used in this document to refer to the person or group renting La Paloma Gardens facilities. Any equipment used must be removed by the end of the time period rented. The Garden reserves the right to inspect and control all events. The Garden does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on premises prior to, during or after your session. The rentee will be required to conduct the event in an orderly manner in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, policies and regulations of the Gardens. Any damages incurred to La Paloma Gardens will be charged to the rentee. La Paloma Gardens is a totally non-smoking environment. No smoking is allowed!
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation of your photography session occurs 5 days or less prior to the event, 50% of the remaining balance is due to La Paloma Gardens. In the case of inclement weather, an alternative date may be scheduled or a refund given.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 and a copy of the signed contract are required to hold the date of your photograph session. Deposits and contracts must be returned within 7 days. Provided all of the above requirements are met, your deposit will be applied to the total rental fee, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your session. The rentee is responsible to inform all parties of the above information. Accepted
